Base Iced Coffee (for Regular 16 oz — scale shown for B.A.P. 24 oz)

Sweetened Condensed Milk Mixture (B.A.P. signature sweetener)

B.A.P. Boost (optional flavor/texture boost used for the B.A.P. 24 oz)

Method

Base Iced Coffee (for Regular 16 oz — scale shown for B.A.P. 24 oz)

1

Brew and cool coffee

Brew a strong pot of coffee (use about 1.5–2x normal strength). For a 16 oz drink combine 12 fl oz of brewed coffee and 4 fl oz cold water to temper strength; for the 24 oz B.A.P. use 18 fl oz brewed coffee + 6 fl oz cold water. Allow coffee to cool to room temperature or refrigerate briefly until cold (10–20 minutes).

2

Fill the serving glass: for 16 oz, add about 1 cup of ice (approx 8–10 ice cubes). For 24 oz, add about 1 1/2 cups of ice.

3

Pour the cooled coffee over the ice, leaving room (about 1–1.5 inches) at top for the milk mixture and boost components.

Sweetened Condensed Milk Mixture (B.A.P. signature sweetener)

4

Make the sweet milk blend

In a small pitcher or jar, stir together 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, 4 fl oz whole milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until completely combined and slightly frothy. Taste and adjust sweetness: add up to 1 additional tablespoon sweetened condensed milk if you prefer sweeter (increase proportionally for 24 oz: use 3 tbsp condensed milk and 6 fl oz whole milk).

5

Slowly pour this milk mixture over the iced coffee so it cascades and creates layered visual appeal.

B.A.P. Boost (optional flavor/texture boost used for the B.A.P. 24 oz)

6

Prepare boost

If making the B.A.P. 24 oz or if you want the signature richer finish, lightly whip 1 fl oz heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold in 1 tsp brown sugar simple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. This creates a slightly sweet, salted-cream float.

7

Spoon the lightly whipped cream mixture on top of the milk layer. For a regular 16 oz, you may omit or add just a thin drizzle (about 1/2 fl oz) for texture.

Garnish

8

Dust the top with about 1 teaspoon of espresso-dusted cocoa powder or instant espresso for aroma and contrast.

9

If drink has diluted, add up to 1/2 cup extra ice if desired. Serve with a straw and stirrer so the drinker can mix layers to taste.
