Directions
Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add Bluecoat gin, yuzu EVOO, kumquat bitters, and orange bitters.
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of kumquat on the rim of the glass.
