Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
- 5
Serve
Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks.
