1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with BBQ sauce on both sides.
2. Grill Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
3. Add Cheese
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of American cheese on each chicken breast and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
4. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Sandwich
5. Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, slice the tomato and onion, and wash the lettuce.
6. Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each seeded roll, layer the grilled chicken with melted cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzle ranch dressing on top before closing the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
