Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the flour until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- 2
Make the Gelato Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. This will be your gelato base.
- 3
Combine Brownies and Gelato Base
Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into small chunks. Gently fold the brownie chunks into the gelato base until evenly distributed.
- 4
Chill and Freeze
Transfer the brownie gelato mixture into an airtight container. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Serve
Scoop the brownie gelato into bowls or cones and enjoy your delicious treat!
