Prep the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. Divide them into five equal portions and toss each portion in one of the prepared sauces until well coated.

Serve
Serve the wings hot, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
