1. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.

2. Assemble the Burritos

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the filling mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.

3. Roll the Burrito

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

4. Cook the Burritos

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve
