Traditional Yemeni sauce made with chili, tomatoes, garlic, herbs and feta cheese. Great compliment to all of our main dishes.
Chop the fresh chili peppers, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, and cilantro finely.
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chili peppers, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, cilantro, and crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Allow the sauce to sit for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve the Sahawek as a dip or sauce alongside your favorite Yemeni main dishes.
