Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Gather all your ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast, and flavoring.

In a large brew kettle, bring 1000 ml of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, add 200 g of malted barley. Stir the mixture and let it steep for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 65-70°C.

After steeping, add 10 g of hops to the mixture. Let it boil for another 15 minutes.

Remove the brew kettle from heat and cool the mixture quickly to approximately 20°C. This can be done by placing the kettle in an ice bath.

Once the mixture has cooled, add 10 g of yeast to the brew. Stir gently to ensure it is well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel and seal it with an airlock. Allow it to ferment for about 5-7 days at room temperature.

After fermentation, add 15 g of your chosen flavoring (such as lemon or citrus) to the brew. Mix well.

Carefully transfer the lager to clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles securely.

Refrigerate the bottled lager for a few days before serving. Enjoy your Estrella Galicia Non-Alcoholic Lager chilled!
