Method
Nocino Namelaka Preparation

Prepare Gelatin
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.

Heat Cream and Milk
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat.

Melt Chocolate
Add the chopped dark chocolate to the warm cream mixture and stir until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the soaked gelatin and nocino liqueur until fully incorporated.

Chill Mixture
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Saba Roasted Figs Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare Figs
Place the halved figs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and saba.

Roast Figs
Roast the figs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until they are caramelized and tender.
Sugar Fried Walnuts Preparation

Prepare Sugar Mixture
In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar over medium heat.

Fry Walnuts
Once the sugar dissolves, add chopped walnuts and stir until they are coated and golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Honeycomb Candy Preparation

Cook Sugar and Honey
In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and honey over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add Baking Soda
Once the mixture reaches a golden color, remove from heat and quickly stir in baking soda. The mixture will bubble up.

Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Pie Crust Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

Add the cubed chilled butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add the ice water, mixing until the dough comes together. Do not overwork it.

Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to fit your pie dish. Place in the dish and trim the edges.
