Build and Shake

Add 1 oz cinnamon whiskey, 0.5 oz apple cider, 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 tbs agave syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with 4 ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the shaker is icy cold and the ingredients are well combined and slightly frothy.

Strain into a chilled shot glass using the shaker's strainer or a fine strainer to remove any ice shards.

Sprinkle a tiny pinch (about 0.1 tsp) of ground cinnamon on top as garnish. Serve immediately.

Add 1 oz vanilla vodka, 0.75 oz cranberry juice, 0.5 oz half-and-half (or heavy cream), 0.25 tbs simple syrup, and 0.125 oz fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add 4 ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and the cream is slightly emulsified to create a silky texture.

Strain into a chilled shot glass. Use a fine strainer if you want an extra-smooth pour without ice shards.

Garnish with a dried cranberry or a lime twist perched on the rim. Serve immediately.
