Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Lustau Oloroso sherry, vermouth, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.
Add Ice and Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the Cocktail
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
