Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass or a large cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Wheatley Vodka, Aperol, Lillet Rosé, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain Into Glass
Using a strainer, pour the mixed drink into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Club Soda
Gently pour club soda over the mixture in the glass to add a bubbly finish.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
