Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shaker

Gather all your ingredients and find a cocktail shaker. Make sure it is clean and dry.

  2. 2

    Add Ingredients to Shaker

Measure and pour 1 oz of Evan Williams Bourbon, 1 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of Amaro Nonino, and 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice into the shaker.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill the shaker with ice, approximately 1 cup, to chill the mixture effectively.

  4. 4

    Shake the Mixture

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

  5. 5

    Strain into Glass

Using a fine mesh strainer (if desired), strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release its oils and drop it into the glass as a garnish.

  7. 7

    Serve

Enjoy your Paper Plane cocktail immediately while it is cold and refreshing.
