Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the whiskey, simple syrup, and dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the Mixture
