  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures even roasting of the nuts.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Nuts

In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, walnuts, and pecans. Ensure they are evenly mixed.

  3. 3

    Add the Oil and Spices

Drizzle the olive oil over the mixed nuts. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Toss the mixture until all the nuts are well-coated with the oil and spices.

  4. 4

    Add Honey and Rosemary

Drizzle honey over the spiced nuts and sprinkle the chopped rosemary. Toss again to ensure an even distribution of the honey and rosemary.

  5. 5

    Roast the Nuts

Spread the coated nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning, until golden brown and fragrant.

  6. 6

    Cool and Serve

Once roasted, remove the nuts from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet. Serve the toasted nuts in a bowl as a perfect snack alongside your favorite beer.
