Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean the cremini mushrooms and slice them. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.

  2. 2

    Cook the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced cremini mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Chicken Skin

While the mushrooms are cooking, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Lay the chicken skin flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Once the garlic is fragrant, remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the chopped parsley and softened butter until well combined.

  5. 5

    Fill the Chicken Skin

Spoon the mushroom mixture onto the chicken skin, spreading it evenly. Roll or fold the chicken skin to enclose the filling.

  6. 6

    Bake the Escargots

Place the filled chicken skin on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your escargots warm as an appetizer!
