0.06 lb (1 oz)ReaLemon lemon juice

0.03 lb (0.5 oz)Simple syrup

1 whole Egg white

Preparation Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients including NOA amaretto, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and an egg.

2. Dry Shake

In a cocktail shaker, combine the NOA amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

3. Shake with Ice

Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

4. Strain and Serve

Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
