Method

Omelet Directions

1

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2

Cook the Omelet

In a non-stick skillet, heat the cooking oil or butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and allow it to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

3

Add Fillings

Once the edges are set, add your chosen fillings (ham, green bell pepper, white cheddar cheese) to one half of the omelet. Carefully fold the other half over the fillings.

4

Finish Cooking

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through. Slide it onto a plate.

Crispy Potatoes Directions

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

6

Cook the Potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Toast Directions

7

Toast the Bread

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Toast in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
