Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Ingredients

Method

Directions to Prepare Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit

1

Prepare the Buttermilk Chicken

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge the chicken thighs in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

2

Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

3

Make the Honey Butter

In a small bowl, mix softened butter and honey together until well combined. Set aside.

4

Bake the Biscuits

Prepare the biscuit dough according to package instructions or your homemade recipe. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden.

5

Assemble the Biscuits

Cut the biscuits in half, place a piece of fried chicken on the bottom half, spread a generous amount of honey butter on top, and sandwich with the other half of the biscuit.
