Bone-In Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2

Season the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. If using jerk dry rub, add it to the wings and mix well. Alternatively, if using teriyaki sauce, set it aside for later.

3

Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

4

Glaze the Wings

If using teriyaki sauce, remove the wings from the oven and brush them with teriyaki sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

5

Serve

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
