In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined; some lumps are okay.
Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Add Chives
Stir in the chopped chives just before serving.
Fruit Salad
Prepare the Fruit
In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced bananas, and diced kiwi.
Add Honey
Drizzle the honey over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
Garnish
Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Breakfast Potatoes
Prepare the Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Garnish
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
