Glass & Garnish
Method
Serve San Pellegrino
Chill bottle
Ensure the San Pellegrino bottle is well chilled (ideally 4–7°C / 39–45°F). Place in refrigerator for several hours or in an ice bucket for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Open bottle
Hold the bottle upright on a stable surface. Remove cap (or twist off) carefully. If the bottle is very cold and under pressure, open slowly to avoid excessive fizzing.
Pour
Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and pour the San Pellegrino slowly down the side to preserve carbonation and minimize foam. Fill to about 3/4 to 4/5 full, leaving room for garnish or ice.
