Prepare the Bruschetta

Slice the loaf of bread and lightly toast in the oven until golden brown. In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Assemble

Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice (from 1 lemon), dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets.

Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.

Make the Chocolate Ganache

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth and combined, then add vanilla extract.

Serve with Berries

Pour the ganache into small serving dishes and top with fresh berries. Chill until ready to serve.
