Prepare the Bruschetta

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf into 1-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Make Tomato Topping

Chop the tomatoes and basil and mince the garlic. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Assemble Bruschetta

Top each toasted slice of bread with the tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Prepare Salmon

Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture for 15 minutes.

Cook Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill or in a baking dish and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and flaky.

Make Chocolate Ganache

Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling and pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 5 minutes then stir until smooth.
