Method

Appetizer Preparation

1

Prepare the Bruschetta

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2

Toast the Bread

Slice the loaf of bread and toast it in an oven or on a grill until golden brown. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.

Main Course Preparation

3

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Make the Mushroom Sauce

In a large skillet, sauté the wild mushrooms in a little olive oil until they are tender. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

5

Combine

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Dessert Preparation

6

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache

Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Pour it over the chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes. Stir until smooth and add vanilla extract.

7

Serve

Pour the ganache into small serving dishes and top with fresh berries. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
