Method
Prepare glass & garnish
Chill glass
Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail. If short on time, fill the glass with ice and water to chill, then discard before rimming.
Pour the granulated sugar onto a small plate. Gently press and roll the moistened rim of the glass into the sugar to create an even sugar rim. Tap off any excess sugar. Set the glass aside.
Mixing the cocktail
Add the ice cubes to a cocktail shaker until about two-thirds full.
Pour in 2 oz Stoli Blueberry Vodka, 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao, and 1 oz fresh lemonade into the shaker.
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the shaker is well-chilled and slightly frosted. This chills and dilutes the drink to balance sweetness and strength.
Open the shaker and double-strain (using a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer if available) into the prepared sugar-rimmed martini glass to remove ice shards and any lemon pulp.
