Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Refreshing flavors of mint & elderflower, with crisp apples, finishes with clean minerality

Select ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes and wash them thoroughly. Remove any stems and leaves.

Harvest and Prepare Grapes

Gently crush the grapes to release their juice, then transfer the juice to a fermentation vessel.

Add the mint leaves, elderflower, and sugar to the grape juice. Stir well to combine.

Add Ingredients

Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and cover the fermentation vessel. Allow it to ferment for 2-3 weeks at a cool temperature.

Fermentation

During fermentation, taste the mixture occasionally to ensure the flavors develop as desired.

Test for Flavor

Once fermentation is complete, strain the liquid into clean bottles. Seal and label them.

Strain and Bottle

Let the wine age in a cool, dark place for at least 3-6 months before tasting.

Aging

Chill the wine before serving. Enjoy the refreshing mint, elderflower, and apple notes alongside the clean minerality.
