Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Rich full dark fruit, chocolate, mild tannins

Collect ripe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, ensuring they are free from rot or damage.

Crush the grapes and remove the stems. Place the crushed grapes into a fermentation container.

Add 500 ml of water and 100 g of sugar to the crushed grapes. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.

Sprinkle 5 g of wine yeast over the mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.

Cover the fermentation container with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 7-10 days, stirring daily.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. Transfer the liquid to a clean fermentation vessel.

If desired, add oak chips for flavor. Seal the vessel and allow the wine to age for at least 6 months to develop rich flavors.

Once aged, bottle the wine in sterilized bottles and cork them securely. Let it rest for an additional 3 months before tasting.
