Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice, followed by 3 oz of sparkling wine.

Add Soda Water
Top off the drink with 1 oz of soda water.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange.

Stir gently and serve immediately.
