A fruity strawberry shake made with real strawberries.

Strawberry Shake

Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it's perfectly chilled.

Chill the Prosecco

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them in half.

Prepare the Strawberries

Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Mint

In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest and sugar (if using). Mix well and set aside.

Mix Garnish (optional)

In a flute glass, add the sliced strawberries and a few mint leaves. Pour the chilled Prosecco over the fruits until the glass is about three-quarters full.

Serve the Prosecco

If using, sprinkle the lemon zest and sugar mixture on top of the drink for added flavor and decoration. Add a mint leaf on top for presentation.

Garnish

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of your Prosecco cocktail!
