Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Espresso
Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the house orgeat syrup, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Shake well until mixed and chilled.
Combine with Espresso
Pour the espresso shots into a glass. Strain the shaken mixture over the espresso.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
