Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

2

Form and Cook the Meatball

Shape the mixture into a small meatball, about 1 inch in diameter. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the meatball. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides and cooked through.

3

Make the Tomato Sauce

In the same skillet, add the canned crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir well, allowing the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.

4

Cook the Spaghetti

While the sauce is simmering, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5

Assemble the Dish

Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate, top it with the meatball, and spoon the homemade tomato sauce over the top. Serve with a slice of bread on the side.
