Directions

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

2

Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine the sherry wine, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped thyme. Mix well.

3

Combine with Shrimp

Pour the sherry mixture evenly over the shrimp in the baking dish.

4

Add Breadcrumbs

In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with olive oil until they are well coated. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the shrimp evenly.

5

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through, and the bread crumbs are golden brown.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
