In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 cups of barley malt and 1 cup of corn. Stir well and let it sit for about 30 minutes to create a mash.

Step 1: Prepare the Mash

After the mash has rested, strain the mixture into a brew kettle. Bring the liquid (now called wort) to a boil and add 0.5 cups of hops. Boil for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Boil the Wort

Once the boiling is complete, cool the wort rapidly. You can do this by placing the brew kettle in an ice bath or using a wort chiller until it reaches room temperature.

Step 3: Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort into a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add 1 tsp of yeast and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow it to ferment in a dark, cool place for about 1-2 weeks.

Step 4: Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the beer into sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Cap the bottles and allow them to carbonate at room temperature for another 1-2 weeks.

Step 5: Bottling

Chill the bottles in the refrigerator and serve cold. Enjoy your homemade Yuengling Flight!
