Method
Prepare the Rim
Rim the Glass
Pour the raw sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of your serving glass with a bit of milk or water, then dip the rim into the raw sugar to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.
Make the Latte Base
Brew the Coffee
Brew 2 shots of espresso or strong coffee using your preferred method. Set aside.
Mix the Spices
In a small saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warm, stirring occasionally.
Add the Milk
Once the spice mixture is warm, add the milk of your choice. Continue to heat until steaming, but do not boil. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Assemble and Serve
Combine and Serve
Pour the spiced latte mixture into the prepared glass. Top generously with whipped cream, and place the two slices of Billion Dollar Bacon on the rim or alongside for dipping. Serve hot or iced as desired.
