Base & Fruit

Liquid & Sweetener

Method

Prep & Measure

1

Prepare fruit

Hull and halve the strawberries if large. Peel the banana and break into 1–2 inch chunks so it blends evenly.

2

Measure oat milk and agave. If using rolled oats, measure them now. If you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie, have ice cubes ready.

Blend

3

Layer ingredients in blender

Add oat milk to the blender first (this helps the blades move), then add the banana chunks, strawberries, agave nectar, and any optional add-ins (ice, oats, vanilla).

4

Blend until smooth

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no large fruit pieces. Stop and scrape the sides once if needed, then blend again for 10–15 seconds. If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp oat milk and pulse to combine. If too thin, add 1–2 tbsp more ice or 1/2 banana and blend briefly.

Serve & Store

5

Pour smoothie into a glass (about 16 oz). Taste and adjust sweetness by adding up to 1 tsp more agave if desired; stir or briefly re-blend.

6

Garnish optionally with a halved strawberry on the rim or a light sprinkle of oats. Serve immediately for best texture. To store, keep covered in the refrigerator up to 24 hours and shake or re-blend before drinking.
