Method

Base & Grains

1

Prepare yogurt base

In a medium bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey (or maple). If using protein powder or matcha, whisk it in now until smooth and fully incorporated.

2

If you like extra chew, stir the rolled oats into the yogurt and let sit 5 minutes to soften slightly (optional).

Fruits & Fresh Toppings

3

Slice the banana and kiwi. Hull and quarter strawberries if using large berries. Measure out the mixed berries.

4

If using apple, toss the diced apple with the 1 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning and add a little brightness.

Nuts, Seeds & Mix-ins

5

Roughly chop the almonds if not pre-chopped. Measure the chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, and dried fruit and have them ready to sprinkle.

Assembly

6

Divide the yogurt base between two bowls (about 1 cup yogurt mixture per bowl).

7

Top each bowl with 1/2 cup granola, arranging it in a line or scatter for texture.

8

Arrange the sliced banana, mixed berries, kiwi, and apple (if using) on top of the granola in attractive sections or mixed together.

9

Sprinkle the chopped almonds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, and dried cranberries evenly over each bowl.

10

Drizzle an additional 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup over each bowl if you prefer extra sweetness, and add a small dollop of nut butter if using.

Finishing & Serving

11

Taste and adjust: add extra cinnamon, a squeeze of lemon, or more sweetener to taste.

12

Serve immediately for a crisp granola texture, or refrigerate up to 2 hours if you prefer softened granola and chilled fruit.
