Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Sauté the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

3

Make Garlic Dill Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and chopped dill. Stir for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.

4

Serve

Plate the sautéed salmon fillets and drizzle the garlic dill butter over the top. Serve immediately.
