Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

2

Season the Steak

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 230-260°C).

4

Grill the Steaks

Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

5

Add Butter and Rosemary

During the last minute of grilling, add butter and fresh rosemary on top of the steaks to melt and enhance flavor.

6

Rest the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.

7

Serve

Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
