1. Chill all ingredients and the glass ahead of time for a crisp, refreshing Spritz.
2. Fill a tall wine glass or copa glass halfway with ice cubes.
3. Pour 120 ml of Sorgente Extra Dry Prosecco into the glass.
4. Add 80 ml Aperol to the glass.
5. Top with 40 ml sparkling water to add a gentle fizz.
6. Gently stir once or twice to combine without flattening the Prosecco.
7. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve immediately.
