
Cannelloni Recipe
A large pasta sleeve stuffed with ricotta, various cheeses, spices, covered with our Romano cheese sauce. Baked & served with garlic bread. Your choice of vegetarian cheese or sausage. Served with 2 slices of garlic bread, and your choice of starter.

Pasta Preparation
Boil the Cannelloni
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cannelloni tubes and cook for 8-10 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and set aside to cool.
Filling Preparation
Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, fresh basil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and sausage (if using). Mix until well combined.
Stuffing the Cannelloni
Stuff the Tubes
Using a piping bag or a small spoon, carefully fill each cannelloni tube with the cheese mixture. Place the stuffed cannelloni in a baking dish.

Assembling and Baking
Assemble the Dish
Pour half of the sauce over the stuffed cannelloni in the baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with extra Romano cheese.
Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
Serve
Once the cannelloni is baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with garlic bread on the side.
