Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Tapioca Flour
Once the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and add the tapioca flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Cool the Mixture
Allow the dough to cool for about 15 minutes, until it is warm but not hot to the touch.

Add Eggs and Cheese
Once the dough has cooled, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly incorporated.

Shape the Dough
Using your hands, shape small balls (about the size of a golf ball) from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Cheese Bread
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese bread is puffed up and lightly golden on the top.
