Prepare the Chicken Broth
In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium heat.

Cook the Dough
Continue to cook the dough for about 3-5 minutes until it pulls away from the sides of the pot. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Combine Filling Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sautéed onion and garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Coxinhas
Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your hand. Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the dough around it, shaping it into a teardrop or oval form. Seal the edges tightly.

Dip each coxinha in beaten eggs, then roll them in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
