Cleansing + Oil Balancing
Prepare
Wash your hands and ensure all tools (roller, stones) are clean. Place chilled amethyst stones in the fridge at least 10–15 minutes before starting if not already chilled.
Apply 2 tbs gentle cream cleanser to dry skin. Using fingertips, massage in light circular motions for 60–90 seconds to dissolve surface impurities and makeup.
Add a few drops (about 1 tbs) of sweet almond oil to the face if skin is dry; continue massaging for another 30 seconds focusing on jawline and forehead to loosen debris and stimulate circulation.
Wet a soft cloth with micellar water or lukewarm water and gently remove cleanser. Finish with a light spritz (about 3–4 ml) of jasmine or lavender hydrosol to rebalance skin pH and scent the experience.
Exfoliation + Mask
Mix the exfoliating powder (1 tsp) with kaolin clay (1 tbs) in a small bowl. Add chilled amethyst-infused water gradually until you reach a thick paste (about 45–60 ml of the 60 ml reserved).
Apply the mask evenly over the face avoiding eye area. For sensitive skin, do a patch test on the jawline first. Leave mask on for 8–12 minutes — do not let clay fully dry into tightness (spritz hydrosol if it begins to crack).
To remove, dampen a soft sponge/cloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe the mask away with upward strokes. Finish with a light splash of cool water and a quick spritz of hydrosol.
Steam + Massage Serum
Pat skin dry, then dispense 1 tsp of viscous facial serum (squalane or light facial oil) into fingertips. Warm the serum between hands for 5–10 seconds.
Using the warmed serum and the chilled amethyst roller, perform a 6–8 minute facial massage: start at the neck moving upward, then from center of the face outward across cheeks, forehead, and jawline. Use gentle but firm pressure, 5–7 slow passes per area.
Follow with the chilled amethyst stones for a cooling lymphatic finish: hold a stone in each hand and gently press and glide them along the orbital bone under the eyes (10–12 seconds per side), across the cheeks and along the jawline toward the lymph nodes for 60–90 seconds total. The cold stones help de-puff and soothe.
Finishing + Protection
Apply a thin layer (about 1 tsp) of lightweight moisturizer (or nourishing cream at night) using upward strokes. If daytime, follow with SPF-providing product for protection.
Place cooling eye pads or a pea-sized amount of eye gel under each eye for 3–5 minutes while lying back and visualizing an amethyst web cocoon — breathe deeply and allow a sense of protection and calm to settle.
Finish with a final spritz (about 5–10 ml) of amethyst-infused facial mist or rose water to set the layers and impart a subtle energetic support. Wrap a soft towel or face blanket lightly around shoulders for a cocooned, protected feeling and rest for 5 minutes before resuming activity.
Clean the amethyst tools after use with mild soap and water, dry thoroughly, and store them safely. Discard any leftover mask and rinse bowls.
