Muddle the Lime
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime to release its juice.

Add Bourbon
Pour in the Bulleit Bourbon over the muddled lime.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top with Ginger Ale
Top off the drink with ginger ale and garnish with mint leaves.
