Mix Cocktail
Add 2 oz Almave Blanco, 2 oz pineapple juice, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz agave syrup, and 0.5 oz coconut cream into the shaker with the muddled strawberries.
Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) to chill and dilute properly. Secure the shaker lid.
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled. This emulsifies the coconut cream and blends the strawberry.
Double-strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled rocks glass or coupe (depending on preferred presentation) over fresh ice if serving on the rocks. Double-straining removes strawberry seeds and pulp for a smoother texture.
Finish & Garnish
Garnish with a strawberry slice and a small pineapple wedge or leaf skewered together on a cocktail pick. Optionally add a lime wheel on the rim.
Serve immediately. Optionally provide a short stirring pick so the drinker can integrate any separation that may occur from the coconut cream.
