Coke Zero (single serving)

Pitcher batch (approx. 6 servings)

Method

Coke Zero (single serving)

1

Chill and prepare glass

If possible, chill your glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes beforehand to keep the drink colder longer. Otherwise, select a cold glass and proceed.

2

Add ice

Place about 6 ice cubes into the chilled glass. Adjust amount of ice to preference.

3

Pour Coke Zero

Open a chilled 12 fl oz can or pour 12 fl oz from a chilled bottle of Coke Zero into the glass slowly down the side to reduce foam and preserve carbonation.

4

Garnish and serve

Squeeze an optional lime wedge over the drink if desired and drop the wedge into the glass or serve on the rim. Optionally tuck a mint sprig into the drink for aroma. Serve immediately.

Pitcher batch (approx. 6 servings)

5

Chill pitcher and cans/bottles

Chill the Coke Zero and, if possible, chill the serving pitcher briefly so the drink stays cold longer when assembled.

6

Prepare ice and glasses

Place about 3 cups of ice into a bowl for serving or add ice directly to glasses. If you prefer less dilution, fill each glass halfway with ice when serving rather than putting a lot in the pitcher.

7

Assemble pitcher

Pour 72 fl oz (six 12 fl oz cans/bottles) of chilled Coke Zero into the chilled pitcher slowly to minimize foam. Do not overfill; leave some headspace for ladling/serving.

8

Finish and serve

Optionally add lime wedges and mint sprigs to the pitcher for guests to take. Ladle or pour into ice-filled glasses and serve immediately to preserve carbonation.
