Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

4

Prepare the Vegetables

On a baking sheet, arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

5

Bake

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the baking sheet with the vegetables. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Serve

Plate the salmon with the roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
