Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Prepare Mixed Greens

In a large salad bowl, add 4 cups of mixed greens. Rinse thoroughly under cold water and spin dry using a salad spinner.

Add Bean Sprouts

Add 1 cup of bean sprouts to the bowl with the mixed greens.

Chop Green Onions

Slice 3 stalks of green onions thinly and add to the salad bowl.

Prepare the Fruits

Prepare Ahi Tuna

Sear or grill 1 pound of ahi tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until rare. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before slicing thinly.

Slice Mango

Peel and slice 1 medium mango into thin strips and set aside.

Slice Avocado

Cut 1 medium avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh out, and slice it into thin pieces.

Prepare Strawberries

Wash and slice 1 cup of strawberries, removing their tops.

Assemble the Salad

Combine Ingredients

In the salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, bean sprouts, green onions, sliced ahi tuna, mango, avocado, and strawberries.

Add Toppings

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded coconut evenly over the top of the salad.

Dress the Salad

Add Dressing

Pour 1 cup of passion orange vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
